Meet the founder, Natasha.
I was raised in the in-between, two languages, two cultures, two identities.
Not quite “English” enough for French immersion school (The teachers strongly suggestion I switch to a fully-French school since I spoke French at recess and the others, who were just starting to learn the language, didn’t understand), and not quite “French” enough for French school either (they almost didn’t let me in because I wrote “park” instead of “parc” in my entrance exam…oh là là).
That feeling of duality didn’t stop with language. It echoed through every part of my life:
Basketball and theatre. Strategic roles and spiritual work.
Deeply strategic, yet always drawn to the intuitive.
My career became a mirror of this too, for over 10 years—excelling in corporate strategy by day, while quietly nurturing a love for mindset, personal development, and the kind of “woo” that feels like coming home.
But the cost of compartmentalizing? I was toeing the line of burnout, more than once.
I tried to play the “good corporate girl” role, checking my softness and intuition at the door to suit a more masculine work culture (iykyk).
Until I finally realized: I don’t have to fit into just one box. I don’t have to choose between structure and soul.
The power is in the integration.
And that’s where The Creative Republique was born: from a deep belief that we’re most impactful when we align our inner world with our outer strategy.
